Russian Immigrant

I remember this little girl. She came around to me several times with her father. Such a happy little girl. I think they were Russian immigrants ~ never really had much money. But together in Central Park. Reminded me of those old movies in which a sweet waif would be Discovered by The Rich People ~ maybe like Annie or Matilda:
