Getting Ready for the Party

I'm a Professional Party Entertainer.  Been in the business for 16 years already.  So it's surprising that I still need to Prepare before each event.  And I don't just mean putting together Supplies, getting Travel directions, and making sure the right Clothes are ready.  I Still do things like Warm-Ups.  If it's Face-Painting, I'll be thinking about what faces might be chosen at this particular event for this time of year.  If it's Caricatures, I'll be imagining what age-people would want to see what type of exaggerations.  And if it's Balloons, I'll be doing something like this:

I made these in my Office.  I'll be bringing them along as extras to tomorrow's Balloon Party.

I always like this Goldfish-Hat.  Such a simple design, nothing extra.  I'm into minimalism.  Just what you Need to 'tell the story':



I worked on the Sitting Dog a bit.  Discovered that it's best if I make the front legs and body short, so I can have a big enough loop at the base:



Mustn't forget Flowers.  They always go over well at Parties.  Especially the pretty, happy ones that are worn on the wrist:





I feel ready.  In the groove.  I can't wait to get there.  Even after all these years, I feel so happy when I get to the Parties.  Excited to see what will happen.
