I'm glad I tried it out before using it at an event.
Glitter Tattoos that is.
Everything looks easy to me - but there's usually a glitch when I try to do it - something to Leeeaaarrrnnnnnnn. I want to be able to offer Glitter Tattoos as well as Face-Painting, Balloons, and Caricatures.
As a Face-Painter, of course, I had Some professional glitter here. And a friend told me to outline with an eye-liner pencil, to hold the glitter in place. Here are the results. It looks just as good (or even better) without the eye-liner pencil. And a couple of days later, when the glitter-tattoo started to wear off, well.....
That eye-liner pencil looked Awful! I'm so glad I tried it before using it. I sure won't use the eye-liner pencil at Your party.

I won't be using those outlines, but I do like designing my own tattoos:
