Face Painting With Balloons

Sometimes I'm fortunate to be able to continue
decorating people. First with Face-Painting,
then with a matching Balloon. Would be fun
to spend hours on the same person, making
costumes and skits, painting other parts
of the Body and all sorts of things -
just starting with the Face Painting.
