I swim laps for over half and hour 2X per week. Should feel lovely. And it does. Now.
At first, the swimming was causing my toe to cramp up. I figured out that I'd have to drink extra water just before swimming and after swimming. Since I was fitting it in with driving to and from my gigs, I figured I'd remember to drink the extra water when I was in the car.
Look at this neat Set Up. It's a Camelback ~ a backpack that bicyclists use for drinking water. Hands Free. I use it in my car.
