Balloons are Just Right for a Pool Party

What a lovely day.  I had been Twisting Balloons at a Pool Party.  My hostess had it all together for Entertaining her Guests in a Healthy Positive way.  She set up awnings so we were comfortably Out of the direct Sun when the guests weren't actually In the pool.

Hands Free Water

I spend a lot of time in my car.  I work at Parties all over Long Island, the City, Upstate, Northern NJ, Southwestern CT.....  Running around, I try to take care of my Diet and Exercise too.  Lately I've taken up Swimming.  I like it very much.

I swim laps for over half and hour 2X per week.  Should feel lovely.  And it does.  Now.

At first, the swimming was causing my toe to cramp up.  I figured out that I'd have to drink extra water just before swimming and after swimming.   Since I was fitting it in with driving to and from my gigs, I figured I'd remember to drink the extra water when I was in the car.

Look at this neat Set Up.  It's a Camelback ~ a backpack that bicyclists use for drinking water.  Hands Free.  I use it in my car.

The Pouch of Water Hanging off the Back of my Seat:

Just a Straw from it ~ ready for me to use while driving:

Perhaps I'll switch to bicycle riding after a while too.

Paw Patrol Puppy Dogs

I finally did it!  I designed my own Real FacePainting of Skye from Paw Patrol (Ever hear of Paw Patrol?  That's my latest Party Request for this Saturday.)

Forewarned, but my first few ideas looked like something I might come up with on the spur of the moment if I was surprised by this request at the Party. Then, the idea that I painted here on the Yellow background (it would be Face when I'm at the Party) -- looks like a pretty girl dog And it's a Quick Face-Painting.  This has the pink glasses and the flop of hair that Paw Patrol's Skye has.  But Face-Painter-Style.

The Glass Bowl

Working at fine venues, So sometimes I am super impressed with some really fine Artwork.

This one caught my eye.  I loved the simplicity of the Glass Bowl in the painterly picture.  So I took a quick photo and went in to do My Artwork.

Lol ~ I see my reflection in the photograph.  The painting was framed under glass.

A Beautiful Monster

Could you imagine my surprise when this beautiful little girl came by and insisted that she really wanted to be painted as a scary monster?

Wondering if her interest had anything to do with her brother's T-Rex

Here are a few other faces from that party:

Simple Line Work

For people who are new to face-painting, I felt like I was able to quickly show them results.  So they'd be more open to allowing the more elaborate creations next time:
